This Morning Routine Will Improve Your Mood
What I like to call the prescription for your day
Avoid electronics - take a moment to visualize the kind of day you would like. If you can see it mentally you can achieve it.
Check - in - ask yourself how am I feeling? Why am I feeling this way? And a list of ideas to help with whatever it may be that feels off or overwhelming. Write yourself a prescription on what may help that day.
Gratitude list.
A quick guided meditation, center and calm your mind. With that you will start your day off with great focus and attention.
